( 2005/9/30 )

After dedicating in developing the most innovative technology in gaming industry for more than three years, Acrosser recently successfully obtained the approval and received an order which worth $1.6 million from one of the biggest gaming customers. The achievement results not only from considerable amount of resource and effort Acrosser R&D team invested in meeting Class III Gaming standard, but from the satisfaction of high quality of the products Acrosser offers.

As it becomes more and more competitive in the gaming market, more capability of graphics intensive application and more comprehensive I/O connections becomes essential for the industrial gaming products. AR-B1665, the 5.25” embedded board from Acrosser, supports Intel Celeron/Pentium III up to 1.26 GHz and AGP 8X, as well as MPEG 2/1 decoder and simultaneous view capability for CRT and LCD in different resolution settings, therefore it’s well capable of most of the gaming applications. In addition, AR-B1665 is equipped with USB 2.0 * 6, COM * 4, AC97 2.0 audio, PCI, and Mini PCI connection for various devices such as intrusion detector, bill validator, ticket printer, touch screen, speakers, electronic meter, etc, making AR-B1665 an ideal and cost effective gaming solution.

Moreover, to meet the stringent gaming security standards, AR-B1891, the latest Pentium M board featuring code hopping technology, will be released in first quarter 2006. This technology would randomly generate a unique ID for data delivery while an encryption function will secure the data in transit, providing the maximum security for gaming applications. Most importantly, to benefit its gaming customers, Acrosser will continuously develop more innovative technologies for gaming industry with its dedicated engineering staff and comprehensive resources.
